Rite - Knowledge enhancement program
The training course will cover the following areas:
- Inclusive Teaching: This includes modules on inclusive teaching methodologies, intercultural communication, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed approaches to better address the diverse needs of refugee students.
- Pedagogy and Language: It will offer content on general pedagogy and effective language instruction for diverse learners.
- Digital Skills Educators: will have access to training on digital tools for education and information on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Entrepreneurship and Innovation: A major focus will be on fostering entrepreneurship and innovation skills. This includes a specialized Green Entrepreneurship module designed specifically to align with refugee needs and based on the GreenComp reference framework.
