How to navigate the course

The VETTER e-learning course has 5 modules:

1 LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASPECTS
2. COORDINATION BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND THE TRAINING CENTRE (THE ROLE OF THE COMPANY, THE ROLE OF THE TRAINING CENTRE)
3. MONITORING AND EVALUATION
4. SAFEGUARDING HEALTH AND QUALITY OF LIFE AT WORK
5.MOTIVATION, LEADERSHIP, INITIATIVE AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION, TEAMWORK, SOCIAL PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSION, CONFLICT RESOLUTION

 

In order to assess your level of comprehension, you need to start by taking the INITIAL ASSESSMENT TEST, that will test your basic skills.

Each module is divided in different paragraphs, each one taking into account different aspects that will help you improve your knowledge related to the management, planning, monitoring and quality of internships in the VET field.

Each module follows the same structure:

THEORETICAL BACKGROUND – it’s an introductive paragraph that summarize what you will learn in the entire module;

A SET OF PARAGRAPHS – each one with their references, images, and descriptions, that you should read carefully,

LINKS FOR SELF-LEARNING – a series of auxiliary links to deepen your knowledge of the content just covered

ASSESSMENT QUESTIONS – by answering these questions, you will check your level of understanding of what you just read. If you answer correctly, you can move to the next paragraph, otherwise, we suggest to have a second read in case you misunderstood some important aspect.

UTILITIES – some paragraphs have summary diagrams, lists and suggestions that you might want to remember and take in consideration;

TIPS, RECOMMENDATIONS AND CASE STUDIES- a series of extra links and materials related to the entire module.

After you have completed all 5 modules, please complete the FINAL ASSESSMENT TEST that will assess your final level of comprehension of our VETTER e-learning course.

In case your final assessment score is lower than 20, we suggest you to have a second read of the modules and take a second final assessment test.
